I'm a results-driven business leader with a proven track record of transforming both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Across 35+ years of navigating complex organizational challenges, I've built my reputation on one thing: bringing clarity, structure, and sustainable momentum to the leaders and teams I serve.
As the founder of AJO Solutions, I serve as a Mission Continuity Consultant and Nonprofit Organizational Health Advisor — helping nonprofits assess their structural health, reduce founder dependency, and build the systems they need to outlast any single leader. My proprietary Mission Continuity Framework™ and NOHR (Nonprofit Organizational Health Review) methodology give organizations a clear, evidence-based picture of where they stand — and what it will take to endure.
I also serve as co-owner of ActionCOACH Central Texas, bringing award-winning business coaching systems to growing businesses throughout the region. I'm certified in ActionCOACH's Coaching for a Cause and WHY.os methodologies, and I hold the designation of MasterCoach in NLP — a combination that lets me meet clients at the intersection of strategy, identity, and action.

Beyond my consulting work, I'm establishing the Clabaugh Foundation — a nonprofit grant-funding arm honoring my late mother, Karen Knudtson, a lifelong entrepreneur. The Foundation will fund NOHR assessments and AI implementation support for nonprofits committed to building organizations that last.
